If you have made a booking as an International visitor, please allow up to 7-14 working days, upon the return of your vehicle, for the funds to reflect back into your account. As international clients of Thrifty, please kindly note that in some cases you are advised to contact the authorization department of your bank in order for the funds to be released back into your account. You can do this by providing the amount you are expected to receive and the reference number which will be provided to you by Thrifty.
As car hire and flight bookings are closely linked, we ask that you provide us with your flight number so that we are aware of and up to date with your flight's arrival time and any delays which may occur. In the event of a delay in your flight, we then know to keep your reservation until the delayed time, and will not cancel the reservation due to a "no show".
